Paula Lehman-Ewing

Paula Lehman-Ewing is an accomplished author and communications professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including legal advocacy and journalism. Currently serving as an author for Reimagining the Revolution, Paula creates a digital and literary exploration of the modern civil rights movement. As a resource advocate and contract paralegal at the Office of the Alternate Defense Counsel, Paula supports legal efforts while previously working as a content strategist for Legal Services for Prisoners with Children, focusing on the narratives of currently and formerly incarcerated individuals. Past roles include communications manager for the San Francisco District Attorney's Office and DA-elect Chesa Boudin, as well as criminal justice reporter for Daily Journal Corp, where Paula's in-depth reporting received recognition. Paula holds a Master's in Journalism from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in English with a Public Policy Certificate from Duke University.
