David Little

David Little serves as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Office of the Atlantic County Prosecutor since November 2020. Prior to this role, David worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable W. Todd Miller at the New Jersey Superior Court, focusing on legal research regarding the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency. David has gained diverse legal experience through internships, including the Widener University Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic, the United States Department of Justice, and various internships in political offices. David holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Widener University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University.
