Erik Bergman

Erik Bergman is an experienced legal professional currently serving as First Assistant Prosecutor at the Office of the Atlantic County Prosecutor, where responsibilities include supervising Homicide, Trial, and Gangs, Guns, and Narcotics Units. Previously, Erik held the position of Judge Advocate in the United States Army Reserve and has a background in criminal defense and family law as an Associate at Bergman Law LLC. Erik's legal career began as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Office of the Atlantic County Prosecutor and included a role as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Superior Court of New Jersey. Erik holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Diplomatic History from the University of Pennsylvania.
