Marlaina Mutchko

Marlaina Mutchko is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Office of the Atlantic County Prosecutor since June 2021 while also working as a Law Clerk for the State of New Jersey since August 2018. Mutchko's prior experience includes various customer service roles in the hospitality industry, such as Front Desk Agent at DoubleTree by Hilton and Holiday Inn Express, as well as Waitress/Hostess at Skelly's Hi-Point Pub. Mutchko holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from both Widener University and Charlotte School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Stockton University, along with a brief academic tenure in Psychology at Montclair State University.
