Mhrm Cindy MacDonald

Cindy MacDonald has extensive experience in human resources and office services. Cindy started their career at Taro Pharmaceuticals in 1998 as a Human Resources Assistant on a contract basis. Cindy then worked as a Human Resources Assistant at the Education Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO) from 1999 to 2000. After that, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator (Contract) at Canpar Courier from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2009, Cindy worked as a Human Resources Manager at St. Marys Cement. In 2009, they joined Rouge Valley Health System as a Disability Case Manager before transitioning to the role of Senior Human Resources Manager (Labour Relations) at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology, where they worked from 2009 to 2015. Cindy'smost recent position was as Director of Human Resources and Office Services at the Office of the Auditor General of Ontario, a role they held from 2015 onwards.

Cindy MacDonald has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Carleton University. Cindy also pursued occupational health and safety studies at Ryerson University and completed a program in Human Resources Management at Seneca Polytechnic. Cindy furthered their education at the University of Toronto, focusing on alternative dispute resolution. Finally, they obtained a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from York University.
