Charles Dauphinais is a skilled policy analyst with extensive experience in performance measurement and political assistance. Currently serving at the Office of the Commissioner of Official Languages since October 2021, Charles has held progressive roles including Analyst - Performance Measurement and Junior Analyst - Performance Measurement. Prior experience includes serving as a Political Assistant and Executive Assistant to the Ambassador at the Embassy of Japan in Canada, where responsibilities included briefing on Canadian domestic affairs and managing the ambassador's scheduling. Charles also contributed to the JET Programme as the National Assistant Coordinator and taught English in Japan at both junior high and elementary school levels. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from McGill University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
