Allison Thibault

Allison Thibault is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney for Arlington County, VA, since January 2023. Demonstrating a strong background in family and criminal law, Allison previously worked as an associate at Cook Craig & Francuzenko, PLLC, and at Livesay & Myers, P.C. In addition, Allison has gained practical experience through internships, including roles at the Office of the Public Defender, Spotsylvania County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, and the Office for Civil Rights at the Department of Health and Human Services. Allison holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a minor in Business Analytics from William & Mary.
