Lindsey Lawson Battaglia

Lindsey Lawson Battaglia is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in criminal law and policy reform. Currently serving as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney in Arlington County, Virginia since March 2022, Lindsey has previously worked as a consultant and attorney at Solidarity & Solutions, where focus was on criminal legal reform and drug policy. As Policy Manager at the Drug Policy Alliance from 2014 to 2016, advocacy included educating legislators on sentencing reform and harm reduction strategies. With past roles including Principal at the Law Office of Lindsey Lawson, Associate Attorney at Whitestone, Brent, Young & Merril, and Assistant Public Defender, Lindsey has developed a robust skill set in representation across various legal sectors.
