Jesse Karotkin

Jesse Karotkin is a Senior Director & National Intelligence Officer for Europe at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, focusing on U.S. Intelligence Community efforts related to Europe and NATO. Prior experience includes serving as National Intelligence Manager for Russia, Europe, and Eurasia, where Jesse managed critical intelligence missions and developed strategies for intelligence collection and analysis. Other notable roles include Director of NATO's Intelligence Production Unit, where Jesse supported NATO leadership and managed a diverse team of intelligence professionals, and various positions at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and Office of Naval Intelligence, contributing to intelligence assessments and analyses related to East Asia and China. Jesse holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from The George Washington University and has extensive expertise in intelligence diplomacy and crisis management.
