Idris Hassan

Idris Hassan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. As a Senior Accountant at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions since May 2017, Idris has excelled in key areas such as voucher verification, bank reconciliation, cash flow planning, and the safe custody of organizational records and assets. Prior to this role, Idris served as an Assistant Project Supervisor at Simis Engineering and Construction Company Limited, where responsibilities included internal control systems, financial report monitoring, and acting as a project accountant. Idris holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Finance option from the University of Nairobi and has furthered professional education through courses at KASNEB.
