Ismail N. Jama

Ismail N. Jama is a skilled legal professional with diverse experience in various roles within the legal sector. Currently serving as a Public Prosecutor at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions since March 2022, Ismail previously co-founded Ismail Jama & Associates Advocates, where the role of Associate Founder was held from January 2021 to March 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Legal Assistant at K.K. Katisya & Company and as a Pupil at Chaudhri & Associates. Initial legal exposure included internships in the legal department at First Community Bank and with the Judiciary of Kenya at the Makadara Law Courts. Ismail holds a Bachelor of Laws from Riara University, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
