Joyce Muchene

Joyce Muchene is an experienced ICT professional with a strong background in managing IT operations, project implementation, and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Principal ICT Officer at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions since September 2022, Joyce oversees ICT projects and ensures their execution within timelines and budget while providing technical assistance and conducting training programs. Previously, Joyce held various roles at the University of Nairobi, starting as an ICT Officer, progressing to Senior ICT Officer, and ultimately serving as Chief ICT Officer, where responsibilities included enhancing user satisfaction, coordinating IT operations, and training users. Joyce holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Strathmore University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
