Alan Duncan has been serving as the Applications and Development Manager at the Illinois State Treasurer's Office since June 2017, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining software and web applications. Previously, Alan held positions as IT Project Manager and IT Developer within the same office. Alan also gained experience as an Advancement Office Student Worker at Quincy University from October 2014 to May 2017 and completed an internship in Applications Development with Tate & Lyle during the summer of 2016. Alan earned a degree from Quincy University, graduating in 2017.
