Chloe L. is a skilled finance and sustainability professional with a robust background in alternative investments and sustainable finance. Currently serving as the Manager and previously as a Senior Investment Analyst at the Office of the Illinois State Treasurer since May 2022, Chloe L. has played a key role in managing over $2 billion in alternative investment programs, providing recommendations in venture capital, buyouts, and private credit, as well as developing an ESG investing framework. Prior to this, Chloe L. held positions as a Sustainable Investing Fellow at 17 Asset Management and as a Development and Communications Intern at Delta Institute, where responsibilities included managing extensive partnerships and conducting impactful research. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Loyola University Chicago.
