Joe McNicholas

Joe McNicholas serves as a Union Representative for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters since September 2020, acting as Union Steward for Teamsters 916. Concurrently, McNicholas has been a Marketing Assistant for the Illinois State Treasurer since January 2015, focusing on marketing research to identify target demographics for early childhood savings initiatives. Previous experience includes managing the Business Services Motor Pool at the Illinois Department of Transportation from January 2012 to January 2015 and overseeing the Orland Township Senior Citizen Motor Pool as both Fleet Manager and Event Coordinator from September 2009 to December 2011.
