Katherine Manning has work experience in two companies. Katherine started working at Memorial Health System in August 2008 as a Legal & Corporate Analyst and continued until February 2020. In 2020, they joined the Office of the Illinois State Treasurer, initially as the Deputy Director of Portfolio & Risk Analytics from February 2020 to July 2022, and then as the Director of Portfolio & Risk Analytics from July 2022 onwards.
Katherine Manning obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Illinois Springfield from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Benedictine University and completed a minor in Sociology alongside their major in Psychology in 2012.
