Veronica Oganovich, MBA, is an experienced professional in human resources and operations management, currently serving as the Deputy Chief of Human Resources at the Office of the Illinois State Treasurer since February 2015. Over the years, Veronica has held various leadership positions within the office, including Director of Human Resources and Director of Operations, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness and providing high-level administrative support. Prior to this, Veronica worked as a 911 Dispatcher at the Alsip Police Department and held clerical roles within the Illinois Secretary of State's office and the City of Chicago. Veronica Oganovich earned an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Southern Indiana, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Trinity Christian College, and an Associate's Degree in Elementary Education from Moraine Valley Community College.
