Kathryn Russell

Kathryn Russell is a seasoned professional in legal education and training, currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General since January 2024. With academic experience as an Adjunct/Affiliated Professor of Law at Mitchell Hamline School of Law since June 2016, Kathryn has designed and taught online courses and has held several directorial roles in professional legal education programs, overseeing curriculum development and implementation of online certificate programs. Prior to these roles, Kathryn contributed as an Instructional Designer at the University of St. Thomas and as Director of Continuing Studies at Hamline University. Kathryn's diverse background includes teaching social studies, serving as a title examiner, and providing legal training at Thomson Reuters, underscoring a robust blend of educational and practical legal expertise. Kathryn holds multiple degrees, including a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Master of Arts in History from The University of Memphis.
