Saeks Public Interest Residency Program at Office of the Minnesota Attorney General

Molly Kleist is a law student at the University of Minnesota Law School, expected to graduate in May 2024 with a Doctor of Law (JD). Currently participating in the Saeks Public Interest Residency Program at the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General, Molly has also served as a Certified Student Attorney and Student Director at the University of Minnesota Law School Immigration and Human Rights Clinic. Previous experience includes roles as a Summer Law Clerk at Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. and a Janet D. Steiger Fellow at the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General. Early career positions include work as a Legal Assistant at Global Immigration Associates, P.C., a Dunn Fellow at the Office of the Governor of Illinois, and various internships, including a Congressional Internship in the office of Senator Amy Klobuchar. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota and participated in the Public Policy & International Affairs Fellowship Program.
