Matt Plumridge

Matt Plumridge's work experience includes the following roles:

1. Head of Operations, Print Centre at Office Outlet UK (November 2016 - present): Responsible for the overall printing strategy and management of 112 print centre business units nationwide. Achieved the first annual sales growth in the UK Print business in four years and successfully implemented a new in-store customer journey concept.

2. Head of Operations, Copy & Print at Staples (January 2016 - November 2016): Managed the operations of the Copy & Print department.

3. Head of Process Improvement UK at Staples (February 2015 - December 2015): Developed and delivered printing strategies for the UK business, reporting to the European Director of Business Services.

4. National Manager, Copy & Print at Staples (October 2013 - January 2015): Responsible for the development and delivery of printing strategies for both the European and UK markets, with full profit and loss management of 112 copy and print centers.

5. Central Operations Manager at Staples (January 2010 - October 2013): Held a managerial position overseeing central operations.

6. Store Communications Manager at Staples (July 2001 - January 2010): Responsible for internal communications and acted as a bridge between the support center and store locations. Implemented electronic communications and introduced the first intranet facility for the UK business.

7. Store Management / New Manager Trainer at Staples (February 1998 - July 2001): Managed stores and provided training to new managers.

Matt Plumridge attended Royal Grammar School High Wycombe from 1985 to 1990. After completing their schooling, they pursued their higher education at Buckinghamshire New University from 1990 to 1992. In this institution, they obtained a National Diploma in Business and Finance.
