Jacqueline has a strong foundation in contract law and corporate compliance, having led end-to-end contract lifecycle management and developed internal compliance frameworks. Currently, in their role, Jacqueline performs internal audits, manages legal documents, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks while enabling business growth. Previously, they served as a Law Clerk, conducting legal research and preparing evidence for civil trials, and interned at Physicians for Social Responsibility focusing on climate change.
