Kristin Desalle

Kristin DeSalle has extensive experience in practice management and electronic health records (EHR) training within the pediatric healthcare sector. Since September 2014, Kristin has held multiple positions at Office Practicum, including Manager of Onboarding Experience and Training & Instructional Design Supervisor, focusing on ensuring successful implementation of EHR software through various training modalities. Prior to this, Kristin served as Business Team Manager for the Bloomington Middle School Lacrosse organization from 2016 to 2018, overseeing social media, player registrations, game scheduling, and communication with stakeholders. Kristin's earlier career includes roles at Workflow.com, where implementation and support of practice management and EHR software were key responsibilities, and as a Medical Biller at Monroe Hospital, managing billing processes for providers. Kristin began the career in customer support at Physicians Practice Management, advancing through self-education and expertise in billing software. Education includes credentials from Ivy Tech Community College and Purdue University Northwest.
