Lisa Griffin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue cycle management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Office Practicum since April 2019, Lisa has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Revenue Cycle and Senior Manager, RCM, focusing on client relationships, KPI monitoring, and risk mitigation. Prior to this, Lisa spent 15 years at ThriveRite, L.L.C. as Director of Operations, where responsibilities included managing client relations, overseeing workflow, leading a team of billing specialists, and developing training programs and policies.
