John Vaughan

John Vaughan is an accomplished entrepreneur and Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in the flexible workspace sector. As the Founder and Managing Director of Knowlemore Limited since April 2020, John focuses on delivering flexible workspaces in collaboration with building owners, streamlining operations through integrated services and technology. John is also a Co-Founder of Until, providing support services for self-employed health professionals, and a Co-Founder and Director of Office Ready Technology Ltd, which specializes in technology solutions for flexible offices across the UK. Previously, John co-founded The Instant Group and played a significant role in its growth, particularly in developing managed services for clients and landlords. John’s career began at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where John served as a Surveyor and Director, building a strong network within the industry. John holds a Master's degree in Property Valuation and Law from City, University of London.
