Brad Kuhn

Brad Kuhn has been working in the IT industry since 2000. Brad started out as a Supervisor of Systems Engineering at AMN Healthcare, where they expanded the IT infrastructure from 3 web servers to 80+ production servers and 35 websites. Brad also proposed, designed, and deployed a server virtualization model using VMware for the corporate development environments, resulting in a net savings of $70,000.

In 2010, Brad began working as a Systems Engineer at the Oregon Judicial Department, where they administered centralized server infrastructure of more than 100 servers for the Oregon State Courts system. Brad also implemented a solution to provide for the recovery of critical servers at the failover datacenter and ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster.

In 2011, Brad was hired as an IT Manager at AMS Legal, where they developed a 3 year strategic roadmap for infrastructure upgrades encompassing servers, software, network infrastructure, and disaster recovery planning.

From 2013 to 2021, Brad worked at Aequitas Capital as an IT Infrastructure Manager and Sr. Systems Engineer. As Infrastructure Manager, they provided hands-on leadership and managed all facets of fully redundant, hybrid cloud infrastructure, supporting 400 users across multiple portfolio companies and a disaster recovery center. As Sr. Systems Engineer, they administered and engineered improvements to all corporate office infrastructure including AD, Windows servers, WIFI controllers and APs, firewalls, VPN connectivity, switching, VoIP telephony, iSCSI based storage networks, and physical access security controllers.

In 2016, Brad started their own business, High Rock Technology, providing IT consulting and management services on both a per project and long term basis to medium and enterprise size clients.

In 2021, Brad was hired as CIO at OfficeAccord, and they also began serving as School Board Chair and School Board Member at MOLALLA RIVER ACADEMY, and School Board Member at Colton School District. Brad had previously served as a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT-I at Colton Rural Fire District from 2008 to 2021.

Brad Kuhn began their educational journey in 1991 when they attended Capistrano Valley High School. Brad then went on to earn an AA in Psychology from Saddleback College in 1997. After that, they obtained a BA in Psychology from UC San Diego in 1999.
