Jack Kapala

Jack Kapala has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Jack started their career as a Leadership Development Intern at HEI Hotels & Resorts in 2012. In 2013, they joined the Waldorf Astoria New York as an Operations Manager and Learning and Development Lead. Jack then worked at Candlewood Suites Hotels as a Guest Services Supervisor from 2011 to 2013. From 2016 to 2017, they were an Assistant Director of Operations at Highgate. Currently, they are an Operations Manager at OfficeLuv, a position they have held since 2017.

From 2009 to 2013, Jack Kapala attended Michigan State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Hospitality Business.
