Emily Caccamo has an extensive work experience that spans from 2013 to the present. Emily began their career as a Student Lead Caller and Supervisor at Cavalier Connect in 2013, followed by a Receptionist role at SageWater in 2014. Emily then held an Assistant to the Office Manager position at Alexandria Pastry Shop and Cafe in 2013, a Marketing and Development Intern role at Charlottesville Free Clinic in 2015, a Tasting Room Associate role at Keswick Vineyards in 2015, a Sales and Marketing Associate role at The Advisory Board Company in 2016, and a Customer Success Manager role at Bluesight from 2017 to present. In their current role as Senior Manager of Account Management at Bluesight, they have led multiple cross-departmental projects, spearheaded the company's Customer Experience Improvement Task Force, and exceeded the 2019 business expansion goal by over 200%.
Emily Caccamo graduated from the University of Virginia in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology, majoring in Biology and minoring in Bioethics. Prior to that, they attended Saint Stephens and Saint Agnes. In February 2020, Emily obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager certification from The Success League.
