Brian Arvin Nepangue

Brian Arvin Nepangue has a diverse work experience in the field of training and development. Brian Arvin currently serves as the Associate Director of Training Quality & Development at OfficePartners360 since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Training Manager at the same company from July 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining OfficePartners360, Brian worked as a Training Manager at PMAXGlobal from November 2017 to July 2020. Brian Arvin also gained experience at EXL as an Assistant Manager from January 2016 to November 2017, and as a Senior Executive in HR-Training from October 2013 to December 2015. At EXL, they were responsible for developing and implementing training solutions and content, as well as addressing the developmental needs of employees cross all processes.

Brian started their career at Convergys, where they served as a Product Ready Trainer for a wireless telecommunications account (Sprint) from an unspecified date to 2013, and as a Customer Service Associate from May 2010 to August 2011.

Furthermore, Brian also has experience as a Clinical Instructor at the University of San Jose-Recoletos from June 2007 to April 2010.
