Aaron Fischer

Aaron Fischer is the current Chief Customer Officer at OfficePartners360. Prior to their current role, they served as the Senior Vice President of Sales at TaskUs from February 2017 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for a team of 10 Sales Executives and Business Development Representatives, tasked with creating new pipeline and closing over $80M in new logo clients annually. Aaron also aligned the sales organization objectives with the company's strategy through sales team development, forecasting, sales resource planning and budgeting.

Previously, Aaron worked at Sykes from March 2004 to January 2017, where they served as the Senior Director of Global Business Development. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end business development, lead generation, vertical strategy and quota management into the Financial Services and Travel & Leisure industries. During their time at Sykes, they sold new vertical services into a client, growing them from $2.5M to $100M in annual billing. Aaron also closed thirty additional lines of business in five countries. In 2015, they were named Global Salesperson of the Year and Team Player of The Year. Additionally, they delivered SYKES’ single largest guaranteed contract in company history and sold the world’s largest bank Series 6, 63, 7 and 24 FINRA Licensed operations in Philippines. Throughout their time at Sykes, they consistently exceeded their sales quota.

Aaron Fischer completed their undergraduate degree at The University of Kansas, where they studied journalism. Aaron then went on to earn a certification from the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College in leadership development. Aaron also has a certification in Action Selling from Vantage Partners-Harvard Negotiation Project.

They are on a team with David Highbloom - Chief Administrative Officer, Ellen Mae Garcia - Senior Director, Finance, and Ganesh Ranganathan - SVP, Operations. Their manager is Tim Boylan, CEO & Founder.
