Troy Verhagen

Troy Verhagen currently serves as the Head of Education for Officeworks, focusing on growth opportunities within Australia's leading office supplies retailer since September 2019. In addition to this role, Troy is the Founder of The Kaldi Project, a social enterprise dedicated to selling single origin coffee and supporting sustainable charity projects through its profits. Previously, Troy held several senior roles at Coles from February 2012 to June 2019, including Head of Transformation, Strategy & Delivery, where significant advancements in digital disruption strategy were achieved. Troy also led workforce transformation initiatives and managed loyalty and CRM programs at Coles. Earlier experience includes IT management positions at Foster's Group and Cisco Systems. Troy's educational achievements include completing the CISR Executive Summer Program at MIT and obtaining Chartered Accountant status from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
