The Offline Internet Consortium is a nonprofit collaboration involving 20 partners across more than 90 countries, dedicated to providing digital access solutions like digital libraries and educational tools to communities without internet access. While each partner operates independently with their own solutions, platforms and projects, the consortium unifies these efforts on a single platform. This setup allows communities in need to easily find and select the solutions that best meet their needs without searching through multiple sources.
