Andrew Young

Andrew Young has had a varied and impressive career. Andrew began their professional career in 2007 as a Manager & Route Setter at Atlanta Rocks! Indoor Climbing Gym. In 2011, they moved to ExpressJet Airlines as a Design Coordinator & Designer, where they were responsible for a successful brand redesign and rollout. In 2013, they became a Senior Analyst Digital Design Strategy, eCommerce at Vail Resorts. In 2014, they co-founded Canary, an intelligent database of vocalized name pronunciations, and also joined Tourbuzz as a Director of Business Transformation and Sr. User Experience Researcher & Director of Product. In 2017, they became a Faculty member at the Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2019, they joined LeadingAgile as an Executive Advisor, Principle + Practice Leader, Managing Product Consultant, and Senior Consultant - Enterprise Business Agility / Product Management / Strategy Articulation. In 2021, they became an Investment Advisor at Artifact Capital. Most recently, in 2022 they became CXO at OFFOR Health, Inc.

Andrew Young obtained a DMBA from the California College of the Arts in Design Strategy and Innovation from 2012 to 2014. From 2003 to 2009, they obtained a Bachelors of Fine Art from Georgia State University in Design & Research. In February 2017, they obtained a Birkman Signature Certification from Birkman International. Andrew also holds a Certified Scrum Master certification.
