Jørgen Solem

Mr. Solem joined Offshore Merchant Partners in September 2014. Previous experience from the corporate finance team at DVB Bank SE, Oslo, where he spent 5 years covering the offshore support vessel market internationally and was involved in a range of M&A transactions, capital raise initiatives, sale-leasebacks, and asset sales/purchases. Prior to that, Mr. Solem spent 3 years with the investment banking teams of Landsbanki Securities, London, and Stamford Partners, London, and Amsterdam. There, he gained experience with private and public M&A transactions and corporate broking assignments to UK-listed companies. Mr. Solem holds an MSc in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School, London, and a BSc in Finance and Economics from Lancaster University, UK.
