Darmon Webb has over 30 years of work experience. Darmon began their career in 1992 as a BM2(SW) in the US Navy. In 2003, they became a Sr Lead/QC Manager at TelaAid, where their duties included overseeing and installation of all infrastructure devices, racks, network/telephonic equipment, and all aspects of cabling (voice/data/fiber/coaxial). In 2005, they joined Netrix, LLC as an ISP Systems Engineer, where their duties included Cisco Internetworking (voice, routing/switching/security, wireless, etc), hardware/software/desktop support, structured cabling, and traditional telephony. In 2013, they became a Sr. Cisco Voice Engineer at Aon Hewitt. In 2015, they joined the County of Kenosha, Wisconsin as a UCC Engineer/Cisco Voice Engineer, where they acted as a subject matter expert for all things in the Cisco VoIP space. In 2016, they contracted with United Airlines as a Sr.Cisco CUCM Engineer, aggressively pursuing completion of 120+ airports. In 2017, they joined CDW as a UC Enrollment Engineer. In 2018, they returned to Netrix, LLC as a CCS/Data Center Engineer, where their duties included configuration of new DMVPN, internet, and hosted voice solutions. In 2022, they joined OFFSITE, LLC as a DC NOC Engineer.

Darmon Webb attended DeVry University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Darmon then attended the University of Illinois Springfield from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
