Core Technologies We Work With

Our team works with a modern tech stack to build scalable, high-performance software:

• Frontend: React (TypeScript), Tailwind
• Backend: Node.js (TypeScript), CQRS
• Testing: Playwright, Vitest
• Database: MySQL (relational database)
• Infrastructure: AWS (Lambdas, ECS, S3, SQS, Aurora MySQL), Vercel

All code is within an npm monorepo (+ Turborepo) with E2E typesafety using tRPC between frontends and the backend. We also use tools like GitHub, Jira, Sentry, LaunchDarkly, and Slack to support development and collaboration.

Responsibilities

As part of our Development Team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of software development, from small quality-of-life improvements to designing new products and services:

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using React, Node.js, and MySQL
• Collaborate with Product to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Debug and resolve moderately complex issues, while mentoring entry-level developers
• Lead initiatives for new features or system upgrades without creating tech debt
• Work cross-functionally with other teams, reviewing peers’ work thoughtfully and supporting team goals
• Anticipate challenges and proactively provide solutions
• Write efficient, reliable code, and well tested code
• Ensure all solutions meet scalability, security, and maintainability standards
• Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Manage deployments with CI/CD pipelines
• Release feature flagged code into production without downtime
• Provide product support and adapt to evolving company needs
