Space Systems Architect at OffWorld

Dallas Bienhoff has over 40 years of experience in the space industry. Dallas began their career in 1975 as a Member Technical Staff at Rocketdyne, where they evaluated test pogo suppression system data from Space Shuttle Main Engine Main Propulsion Test Article tests and evaluated single engine Space Shuttle Main Engine test data. Dallas then moved to The Aerospace Corporation in 1979 as a Member Technical Staff, where they supported Vandenberg Air Force Base launch site modifications for Space Shuttle operations and participated in External Tank Icing tests and reviewed analytical models. In 1982, they became a Project Manager, In-Space and Surface Systems, Advanced Space Exploration at The Boeing Company, where they pursued new business in the areas of human space exploration and commercial space. Dallas also became a Member of the National Space Society in 1982. In 1996, they became the Chief Technical Officer at Applied Space Resources. In 2007, they became an Advocate at the Space Frontier Foundation. In 2017, they founded the Cislunar Space Development Company as a Space Architect for Cislunar Space transportation and infrastructure systems, including orbit transfer vehicles, lunar landers, LEO, lunar vicinity and lunar surface Transportation Nodes. Dallas also became a Space Systems Architect at OffWorld in 2017 and a Space Architect at Astroport Space Technologies in 2018. In 2021, they became the Transport to/from Moon Market Team Lead at the Moon Village Association Lunar Commerce and Economics Working Group.

Dallas Bienhoff received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology between 1970 and 1974. Dallas then went on to earn an MS in Engineering from California State University, Northridge between 1977 and 1985.
