Chris has worked at Ofgem since 2018, starting as a Senior Data Business Analyst and currently serving as the Head of Data Insight. Chris's career began at Gateshead Council in 2009 as a Senior Operational Support Analyst, where they focused on providing tools and support to the social services department. Chris proposed and designed frameworks for performance indicator management, generated scrutiny reports, and developed internal applications to aid risk management.

Their earliest role was an Administration Officer at HM Revenue & Customs from 2008 to 2009.

Chris Olsen has a diverse education history.
