Xiaoye Lan has extensive experience in data analysis and business intelligence across multiple industries. Xiaoye began as a Market Analyst at China Unicom from July 2002 to December 2006, focusing on sales and marketing data analysis while designing local data warehousing systems. Following this, Xiaoye served as a Business Analyst at Mars from August 2007 to September 2011, where responsibilities included business requirement analysis for sales and marketing departments. Next, Xiaoye held the position of Lead Consultant Advance Analytics at Bayer Business Services from October 2011 to August 2018, leading BI strategy design in the Asia-Pacific region and promoting data science initiatives. From July 2018 to November 2020, Xiaoye was a Senior Data Analytics Manager at Nestlé and has been the Head of Data Insight at 玛氏食品 since December 2020. Currently, Xiaoye is a Product Manager for Global CDP at 拜耳, highlighting a strong professional trajectory in data insights and analytics. Education was completed in Telecommunications Engineering at Beijing Union University from 1998 to 2002.
