Emily Procter

Emily Procter currently serves as the Senior CCUS Policy Manager at Ofgem, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this, Procter had an extensive career at ExxonMobil from August 2007 to November 2022, covering various roles in exploration and production, including positions focused on new opportunities and operations in regions such as Europe, the Black Sea, Nigeria, and Germany. Procter began the professional journey with an internship at Shell in the summer of 2005, where work involved statistical analyses in the Carbonate Development Team. Academically, Procter holds a PhD in Geological and Earth Sciences from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an Msci in Geological and Earth Sciences from Imperial College London.
