Jacqueline Gehrmann

Jacqueline Gehrmann has extensive work experience in the energy industry, with a focus on compliance and audit roles. Jacqueline currently serves as the Deputy Director Retail Compliance at Ofgem since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head Of Internal Audit at OVO from January 2020 to December 2021. Jacqueline spent a significant part of their career at SSE plc, where they held positions such as Head of Retail & Corporate Compliance from January 2014 to January 2020, and Head of Retail Compliance from September 2012 to January 2020. Jacqueline also worked at Scottish Power, where they served as a Regulation Compliance Manager from January 2000 to September 2012, and held various positions such as Product Value Manager and Regulation and Compliance Manager. Jacqueline has demonstrated their expertise in leading compliance initiatives, managing audits, and ensuring ethical and compliant conduct within the energy industry.

Jacqueline Gehrmann completed their education with a Post Graduate Diploma in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) from ICT Wilmington Risk and Compliance in 2016. Previously, they obtained a BSc degree in Building surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University between 1989 and 1993.
