Judith Ross has extensive experience in regulatory and policy roles, currently serving in state aid implementation at the Competition and Markets Authority since January 2019. Judith has held various significant positions at Ofgem, including Head of Charging Futures Forum and Storage Charging, and Head of Electricity Systems Transition. Previous roles include serving at Ofcom as Spectrum Policy Director and at HM Treasury as Principal, where leadership included overseeing devolution policy. Additional experience encompasses positions at ITV, Odgers Berndtson, and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport. Judith holds a BA in Classics from the University of Cambridge.
