Mark Nicholls

Mark Nicholls is currently the Head of Renewable Electricity Operations at Ofgem, where they lead operations for significant renewable energy schemes valued at over £7 billion annually. Previously, Mark held various management roles in the retail sector, including Store Manager at Marks and Spencer and Area Manager at Aldi UK, where they built strong teams and improved operational efficiency. Mark began their career as an Accountancy Intern at Thandi Nicholls Ltd and has also contributed to key projects in different sectors, demonstrating a commitment to fostering positive workplace cultures. Mark holds a BSc in Biology from the University of Bristol.
