Marta Vilela

Marta Vilela has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Marta currently works at Ofgem as a Compliance Manager, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Compliance Analyst at Ofgem from November 2022 to June 2023. Before joining Ofgem, they worked at ZAVA as a Customer Support Advisor from September 2021 to December 2021. Marta also has experience in customer service, having worked as a Customer Service Adviser at Sitel Group from December 2020 to February 2021. Marta Vilela completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro in the period from 2010 to 2013. Marta then pursued further studies and obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Environmental Engineering from the same university during 2013 to 2014.
