Mhairi McQuillan

Mhairi McQuillan has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to the present. Mhairi began their career at NHS Lanarkshire, where they worked as a Waste Services Officer from 1999 to 2001. Mhairi then moved on to become a Support Services Manager and later a Property Services Manager from 2001 to 2013. In 2013, Mhairi joined Ofgem as a Senior Operations Manager for the Non Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive, a role they held until 2021. During their time at Ofgem, they also served as a Senior Engagement Manager from 2020 to 2021, Head of Stakeholders from 2021 to 2022, and currently holds the position of Head of Enquiries and Engagement.

Mhairi McQuillan pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental Science and Environmental Management from the University of Strathclyde, attending from 1995 to 1999.
