Mitesh Thakarshi

Mitesh Thakarshi is a seasoned workforce planning professional currently serving as a Workforce Planner at Ofgem since January 2023. With a robust background in manpower planning, Mitesh held multiple roles at Dufry Group from November 2012 to January 2023, including Manpower Planning Manager and Division Commercial Trading Analyst. Prior to this, Mitesh contributed as an Operational Support Leader and Customer Service Team Leader. Mitesh began the career in retail as a Sales Manager - Menswear at Next Retail Ltd from October 2010 to October 2013. Mitesh earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Organisation & Management Studies from the University of Hertfordshire in 2010.
