Nick Pittarello

Nick Pittarello has extensive experience in the energy sector, with a focus on policy, regulation, and operations. Nick is currently the Head of Future Interconnections at Ofgem. Prior to this role, they worked for Nemo Link Limited as the Customer, Policy and Regulation Manager for five years. Before that, Nick held several roles at National Grid, including European Code Development Manager, National Operations Centre Change Manager, Charging Manager, and Transmission Access Manager. Nick began their career at E.ON UK as a Demand Forecasting Manager. Nick's work experience spans over two decades and demonstrates their expertise in the energy industry.

Nick Pittarello earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry with Management from the University of Sussex from 1992 to 1995. Nick then pursued a Master's Degree in Technology and Innovation Management from the University of Sussex (SPRU) from 1996 to 1997. Later, they attended the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2000 to 2003 where they obtained an MBA.
