Owen Radley

Owen Radley is an experienced manager and leader in compliance and investigations, currently serving as the Head of Compliance at Ofgem. They have a demonstrated history in law enforcement, having held multiple positions at Sussex Police, including Police Inspector and Detective Sergeant, where they managed critical incidents and risk assessments. Owen also worked as a Compliance & Enforcement Specialist at The Pensions Regulator, where they led complex investigations and managed regulatory matters. Alongside their professional accomplishments, Owen has contributed to educational governance as Vice Chair at TES 2015 Primary School of the Year and holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Security Management and Risk and Security Management, respectively, from the University of Portsmouth.
