HR Transformation Manager at Ofgem

Ross McNaughton has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Ross currently works as an HR Transformation Manager at Ofgem since December 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources at the University of the West of Scotland from August 2007 to January 2020. In this role, they led a team of HR professionals and was responsible for employee relations, pay & reward, HR policy, HR systems, organizational development, and equality and diversity across five campuses. Ross also worked as an HR Business Partner/Senior HR Business Partner at Bell College from January 2000 to April 2004, assisting managers with recruitment, contracts, performance management, and staff development. Ross began their career as a Human Resources Officer at Retronix Ltd from January 1998 to January 2000.

Ross McNaughton completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of the West of Scotland from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1996, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a major in HRM from the same university. In 2012, Ross McNaughton obtained the certification of Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
