Ross Meagher is currently a Senior Analyst in the Price Controls team at Ofgem, focusing on RIIO-3 price controls and leading initiatives on Energy Not Supplied (ENS) and Connections incentives since February 2024. Prior to this role, Ross served as a Data Analyst at Emeria from August 2022 to February 2024, where responsibilities included establishing and coordinating monthly reporting for newly acquired businesses and standardising data and metrics. Ross also has experience as an Operational Change Project Coordinator and Graduate Property Manager at FirstPort (UK) from September 2020 to August 2022. A graduate of Coventry University, Ross earned a BA in International Relations between 2017 and 2020, after attending St Ivo School from 2009 to 2017.
