Samuel Ihasuyi

Samuel Ihasuyi has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and automation engineering. Samuel started their career as a Test Analyst at Floors-2-go Plc in 2016, where they executed test cases and demonstrated proficiency in quality assurance and customer service. Samuel then worked as a Mobile Tester at Barclays Bank UK PLC, where they were involved in requirements analysis, created test plans, and performed regression testing. In 2020, Samuel joined BLW Corporation as a Software Tester, where they designed automation strategies, wrote test automation scripts, and worked with QA analysts and software developers to find solutions. Samuel later moved to Ofgem in 2022 as an Automation Engineer, where they actively participated in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming. Samuel was responsible for maintaining regression and smoke tests, fixing broken tests, and updating automated test scripts. Samuel demonstrated proficiency in using tools like Selenium, C#, Selenium WebDriver, JavaScript, BDD, SpecFlow, and Jira. Samuel also has experience in API testing using Postman, running SQL query statements, and working with Git repositories.
